Rebuild Your Health & Wealth, One Habit at a Time
Most people fail at self-improvement because they try to change everything at once. The 1-2-3 System works because it does the opposite: it strips change down to one small, repeatable action at a time, in the right order, so momentum builds instead of burning out.
It’s called the 1-2-3 System because there are exactly three phases, and they apply the same way whether you’re working on your health or your money:
Phase 1: Clear the Path
Before you add anything new, you remove what’s actually working against you. This is where you eliminate the habits, spending, or substances holding you back, and start with the smallest possible version of something better — one habit at a time, never all at once.
Phase 2: Level Up
Once the Phase 1 habits are automatic — not effort, just normal — you build on top of them. This is where the intensity increases, because the foundation underneath it can finally hold the weight.
Phase 3: Maintain & Multiply
This is about protecting what you built. The habits become permanent, not a project with an end date — and once you’ve lived through the whole process yourself, you’re in a position to help someone else through their own Phase 1.
The same three phases, applied to two different areas of life. That’s the whole system — simple on purpose, because simple is what actually lasts.
Pick a side to see exactly how each phase applies:
The Health Side →
Cutting out what’s holding your body back, building movement, and eventually leveling up your exercise and long-term fitness.
The Wealth Side →
Stopping the senseless spending, setting up a simple 3-account budget, and eventually investing toward retirement.
I’m applying both sides of this system to my own life, in real time, starting September 2026 — you can follow the actual process on YouTube, or track your own progress with the tracker available on this site.
