Phase 1: Clear the Path
The goal isn’t to overhaul everything at once — it’s to remove what’s actively working against you first.
- Eliminate fast food, alcohol, processed food, and anything else that’s holding you back. Pick one to start with, not all of them at once.
- Start walking. Not a workout plan — just movement. Even 5 minutes a day counts as day one.
- Hold it for a week before adding the next thing. One habit stacked at a time is what makes this stick.

Phase 2: Level Up
Once the Phase 1 habits are automatic — not effortful, just normal — it’s time to build on top of them.
- Expand movement into real exercise: gym sessions or outdoor activity, at least 5 days a week.
- This phase is about raising the intensity now that the foundation can actually hold the weight.
Phase 3: Maintain & Multiply
- Maintain the habits — they’re your new normal now, not a project with an end date.
- Stay consistent, even once progress starts to feel routine.
- Once you’ve lived through it, you’re positioned to help someone else through their own Phase 1.
